Girl Scouts Poison Control Patch for

Daisies (Kindergarten - 1^st Grades)

You will get the opportunity to learn all about Poison control, how to stay safe, who to call for help and much more. You will need to choose an adult sponsor to work with you on this Patch.  A sponsor can be your parent, a teacher, your Troop leader, or someone else.

Daisies must complete 3 steps 

Step One

1. Read through the activities with your sponsor
2. Talk with your sponsor about what you would like to do
3. Choose 2 of the 4 Units
4. Complete all of the Activities from the Units you Choose

Step Two

1. Complete the Patch Evaluation and Order Form
2. Submit Form at https://bit.ly/2XYZGS

Step Three

1. Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery
2. Receive your Texas Poison Control Network Patch!

After the registration deadline, all girls will receive an email with a program booklet to start working on their program steps. After completion of requirements, they will have till August 10, 2020, to complete their Evaluation and order form.
